We’re currently looking for bright, enthusiastic, and motivated students to join Citi Spring Traineeship Program 2022. We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed!

The program begins in 2022 – in February (Securities & Issuer Services) and March (Product Control) with one day training and workshop that provides knowledge of essential skills as well as comprehensive orientation to Citi’s culture. Participants join their teams to work on individual business projects for 6 months.
 

Your time here will look something like this

• this traineeship will give you the possibility to work in one of the following business areas: Security Services and Issuer Operations (ICG Operations) or Product Control (Finance).
• you will be exposed to a variety of roles to help you understand the business and to build your portfolio of financial and business skills
• Execution on goals provided for the rotation agreed between rotation manager and Analyst
• Risk and Control – according to Citi standards and Code of Conduct
• Performing other responsibilities of the supervisor in terms of contract of employment
• Opportunity to work in partnership with teams from across the Bank to help develop and manage products, processes, and services in ways that maximize profitability while minimizing risk 

Requirements

• You graduate with bachelor’s degree in February/June 2022 at least (preferred faculties: Finance, Banking, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Methods and related)
• You are available to work full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours weekly).
• Very good command of English (at least B2)
• You have a strong record of achievement (academic and otherwise) 
• You are an innovator who can think creatively and beyond the limits of a position or process
• You are a Strategic thinkers and solutions orientated
• An extracurricular activity is an advantage
