Your Responsibilities:
- Ensuring customer service duties are executed in line with standards, instructions, quality requirements.
- Being responsible for customer service cycle from order to invoice.
- Responding to customer’s inquiries and complaints.
- Ensuring customers’ orders are processed within credit terms.
- Working effectively with internal departments or third party providers to prioritize client requests.
- Using the SAP system to register all incoming orders from customers.
- Assuring cooperation between customer service and field force regarding administration of customers’ orders.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Our requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service will be an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to master customer interactions, handle complaints and keep calm in stressful situations.
- Results-orientation and ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- Good command of Czech, Ukrainian or Romanian language will be an asset.
