
Junior Project Manager with German
Who we're looking for
We are building a new team of german speaking analysts who will support our Project Managers in Germany. Candidate with experience in project administration, management, process automation, operations management, data analysis/visualization and reporting will be preferred.
The perfect match candidate will have:
- Strong computing, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in both German and English
- Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to senior level presentations
- Self-motivated and strong team player. Highly developed personal and professional ethics
- Detailed oriented
- Open minded and eager to learn project management methodologies
Your future role
- Structure, organize, and synthesize information to develop key insights on the group’s operations in Germany
- Make sense of the data to create insights that can drive actions and outcomes
- Generation of periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested by leadership
- Drive operational improvement as necessary to the business through process enhancements
- Maintain project trackers (tasks, owners, deliverables, next steps)
- Gather, analyze and provide functional solutions
- Ensure compliance to standards as per firm/team processes & practices
- Provide support to project managers for preparing, Statement of work (SOW), or other service agreement documents
