Requirements:
- Highly Proficient in spoken and written English
- Team-player mindset
- Strong business acumen and logical thinking capability, ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problem
- Industry knowledge in AI/ML space
- Familiarity with software development concepts and best practices (e.g. version control, documentation, testing) would be a plus.
- Experience with delivering managerial information from insurance, healthcare or pharmaceutical would be a plus, but not a must
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Strong industry and business operations knowledge: market trends, patient care and effectiveness perspectives
- Practical knowledge of Jupyter, Python/R and SQL, other languages or tools (i.e. R, Hadoop, Scala, SAS) as an additional advantage. Knowledge of handling Big Data is a plus
- 3+ years of professional experience in programming and solving business problems using advanced analytics and data science
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, statistics, mathematics, econometrics, or any related field)

· Contribute to the definition of the architecture and selection platforms, products and vendors
· Contribute to the design for scaling, managing and governing end to end AI & MLOps Engineering
