Commercial Finance Business Partner, FMCG

Responsibilities:
- preparation of Consumer monthly P&L statements: actuals and forecasts,
- preparation of month end actuals & to coordination of the Consumer Monthly commercial reports,
- assistance in the preparation of Consumer Budgets & Strategic Plans Profit & Loss Statements,
- business partnering commercial teams,
- working to improve core commercial finance processes,
- reviewing Tailor-made proposals and post audit for key customers,
- preparing and managing Customer and Product Profitability,
- providing guidance on life cycle management and customer joint business plans partnering with KAMs team,
- providing monthly and quarterly bridges for reporting,
- ensuring all processes are documented and aligned with internal procedures,
- preparing ad hoc commercial project viability studies,
- reviewing Balance Sheet accruals and ensure each entry supported with justification.
Requirements:
- bachelor’s degree or higher, in finance or a related discipline,
- accounting license (CPA ACCA or equivalent) is desirable,
- minimum 2 years’ experience within Finance Business Partner role in FMCG, Retail, Pharma industry,
- 3-6 years of experience in Finance/Commercial Functions,
- excellent analytical, organization skills are needed,
- good interpersonal, problem solving, financial analysis and communication skills,
- proactive, business-oriented attitude with ability to analyse problems and identify solutions,
- practical knowledge of Polish financial accounting principles and tax regulations,
- fluent English.
