Currently we are looking for BPMS Analyst to join our Technology Consulting team!

BPMS Analyst

The role:

• Designing, developing, maintaining and automating business processes using a workflow tool (BPM class system)

• Recommending technological solutions that fit the clients' needs, capabilities, urgency and culture

• Creating process documentation, performing analysis in the field of processes and reports, collecting business requirements

• Delivering fit-gap analysis for the solution requirements with reference to standard capabilities of the market leading IT systems

Qualifications:

• Experience as BPMS Analyst

• Ability to perform and document the results of business and system analysis (e.g. in the form
  of users stories, processes, diagrams, architecture views)

• Knowledge of: BPMN, UML notations

• Experience in configuration of business processes in BPMS (like Camunda Platform, Microsoft Power Platform, Ferryt BPM, IBM BPM etc.)

• Fundamental knowledge of SQL

• Capability of managing communication in a team, moderate discussions and workshops with the client, drawing constructive conclusions, and resolving conflicts

• Open-minded, seeking innovative solutions for common challenges across projects

• Higher education or last year student, preferred fields of study: Banking, IT, telecommunications or related

• Knowledge of English at a level that allows easy communication

Nice to have:
