• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Mathematics (ACCA/CIMA or working towards an advantage);
• Excellent communication skills, very good knowledge of English in writing and speech;
• 5-8+ years’ experience in accounting/controlling/financial reporting on the regional or global level;
• Aptitude towards numbers, able to understand complex reporting structures and relationships;
• Ability to prepare complex financial analysis for senior stakeholders;
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferable), other reporting/budgeting tools like ANAPLAN, Power BI;
• Advanced knowledge of Ms Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Your future role:

• Preparation of consolidated financial statements at group level including Profit &Loss Accountant Balance Sheet on a monthly basis;
• Preparation of monthly reporting package; 
• Preparation of ad hoc reports answering questions from Deloitte Central Europe management and other stakeholders;
• Preparation of the consolidated rolling forecast;
• Preparation and co-ordination of the annual Consolidated Financial Budget. Preparation of presentations and analysis for leadership team and Board of Directors meetings;
• Preparation of ad hoc analysis and reports based on the requests coming from various stakeholders;
• Liaising with the internal and external auditors, tax consultants and other professional advisors;
• Working closely with technology team (management reporting system) to ensure that functional structure works properly in the system (standard rates structure, functional structure) and is aligned with the global structure.
