Our team in the Data Analytics department conducts IT projects mainly for the financial sector in Poland and abroad.

As part of the global PwC network, we provide services in the full life-span of software production, such as: analysis and development of functional specifications, data analysis in source systems, defining business requirements, design, development, and post-implementation maintenance of IT systems dedicated to support modern business processes, support in UAT end user tests.

As part of the Data Analytics department you will have the opportunity to apply business and technical knowledge in practice with the support of the best experts in a given field.

Your responsibilities

Software installations, upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting on Clients and internal environments (Azure, On-Premise, Windows Server)
Supporting Client IT team in troubleshooting issues with installed software
2nd-3rd level support for incidents and problems (depending of the project)
In-depth root cause analysis with development team when escalated
Communication with integration platform owners, processes owners, applications providers, etc.
Being PwC ambassador in customer environment
Application maintenance (like: Jira, BitBucket, SQL Server, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy etc.)
Creation of scripts for platform maintenance, data quality checks, monitoring, automation of tasks would be nice to have

Our requirements

Highly technically skilled and administratively organized
Ability to proactively work on problems of diverse scope
English fluency is a must (any other language is an asset)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in support or development role preferably in global organization
Technical knowledge: C# / .NET Core / .NET Framework, SQL Server, PowerShell/Bash scripting, other programming languages (JavaScript, Python) would be an asset
High communication skills, open mind
