Opis stanowiska:
- managing a portfolio of audit engagements,
- managing a team of 30 people,
- taking care of audit projects from end to end,
- acquiring new business clients and maintaining long term business relationships with clients,
- leading each engagement in accordance with the firm's standard procedures and International Standards on Auditing, ensuring a high quality of service at all times, including liaising with quality control reviewers,
- maintaining liaison with the audited entity throughout the year on matters relating to scheduling, audit visits, provision of information and billing arrangements, always applying the principles of excellent customer service,
- auditing of the financial statements,
- managing billing, taking into account budgets, changes in scope and profitability of assignments.
Wymagania:
- ACCA education or qualification as a chartered accountant,
- strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English,
- previous experience in a similar position as Senior Manager or level above is required,
- experience in customer service and new customer acquisition,
- experience in team management.
