Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring a proper invoicing and crediting of sales and repairs 
• Resolving invoicing issues 
• Preparing Intrastat and VAT reports 
• Participating in debt collection process 
• Handling customer inquiries 
• Cooperating and supporting other departments 
• Participating in the month end closing process including various reconciliations 

Our expectations: 

• University Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in Accounts Receivable area 
• Very good Polish and English skills, spoken and written 
• Good, practical knowledge of MS tools, especially Microsoft Excel 
• Detail-oriented team player with problem solving attitude and very good organization skills 
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an advantage 
• Experience from an international organization will be an advantage
