For our Client, global leader in motion and control technologies, we are looking for German speakers interested in the position of Customer Service Specialist.
Customer Service Specialist with German - Remote Job
Responsibilities:
- daily contacting clients via phone/email using German language,
- building and maintaining good relationships with our customer,
- answering client questions according to orders statuses or delivery time,
- solving clients' problems and complaints,
- organisation of special deliveries,
- transport booking and organization with external forwarding agents,
- close cooperation with finance and procurement departments,
- traveling - Team meeting in Germany once in 3 months,
- administrations and classification of queries in the SAP system.
Requirements:
- previous experience in customer service,
- excellent communication skills,
- very good command of German (min. B2),
- very good command of English (min. B2),
- university degree,
- knowledge of SAP system as an asset.
