For our client, international company, leader in its Industry, we are looking for a 


(Senior) IT Systems Administrator

(Senior) IT Systems Administrator

Responsibilities:
  • managing deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development,  upgrade, and support of IT systems (servers, PCs,  operating systems, and software applications),
  • providing expertise and support during systems upgrades, installations, conversions, and file maintenance,
  • performing server patch maintenance, system and server backups and data archiving,
  • monitoring usage patterns and usage rates to ensure that employees are using the system efficiently and effectively (O365),
  • troubleshooting technical issues such as email delivery failures or authentication problems,
  • managing the deployment of new features or functionalities after they have been tested in a staging environment,
  • creating reports about the usage of Office 365 and identifying potential areas for improvement based on the data collected,
  • providing support for mobile devices that use Office 365, including iPhones and Android devices (Intune, KNOX, ABM),
  • troubleshooting problems with hardware or software that is used in conjunction with Office 365,
  • creating user accounts and managing access and permissions (AD, O365),
  • supervising and providing end-user services, including help desk and technical support services,
  • providing troubleshooting support for escalated software and hardware problems. Coordinating vendor assistance when required,
  • ensuring IT trainings, manuals, FAQ documents for the users and managing knowledge sharing process,
  • ensuring that delivered products and services in area of responsibility are correctly reflected in the inventory and properly billed (D365, Capex/Opex).
Requirements:
  • at least 3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified,
  • possess a strong background in the Windows OS and Windows Server OS,
  • advanced knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications,
  • experience with or knowledge : MS Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO,  virtualization,
  • experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing (specifically Microsoft Azure),
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse community.
