For our Client, an international production company, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of Stock Financial Controller. The headquarters are located in Zabrze, you can work partly from home.

Responsibilities:
  • ensuring the accuracy of all facets of inventory across 7 production sites and provide weekly and monthly management reporting on inventory accuracy,
  • perform monthly audit checks for each site, on each area of inventory including Finished Goods, Spare Parts and Raw Materials,
  • spot-check a diverse sample of inventory at each site visit ranging in value, quantities, areas and bins,
  • maintain a standardized process across all sites and improve the reporting,
  • run weekly SAP reports for all inventory movements and ensure the correct procedure has been followed,
  • review all inventory held in temporary storage area,
  • maintain and improve month end reporting, to include provisions, aged stock report, trackers, stock report,
  • produce monthly reporting on all sub-contractor Inventory movements and reconcile the goods movement general ledger accounts,
  • review any differences and investigate or challenge any Inventory write off reasons and decisions,
  • review the blocked inventory on a monthly basis at each of the production sites and liaise with the quality department,
  • provide support and assistance to the Costing Leader during the internal audit process.
Requirements:
  • previous experience in a similar role would be a great plus,
  • previous experience in financial controlling or stock analysis,
  • good analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel,
  • experience in using SAP would be a great plus,
  • the ability to challenge current processes,
  • good knowledge of English – B2 is a must.
