Who we're looking for
- Min. 6 years of configuration experience in Workday or one of leading cloud-based HR technologies.
- Min. 2 years of experience in professional services firms.
- Business expertise in at least two of the following HR processes: from Hire to Retire, Talent & Performance, Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Time and Attendance, Reporting & Analytics.
- Candidates with a strong (SME) configuration experience and proven track-record as a Stream Lead / Functional Lead / Project Manager in at least one Workday HCM module or related HR Technology.
- Candidates experienced in leading designing or implementing cloud-based HR technologies modules and / or HR transformational projects.
- Excellent professional proficiency in English.
- High communication and advisory skills, fast-learning, task-oriented, problem-solving.
- A proven track-record of maintaining excellent relationships with a client.
- A proven track-record in project management, stakeholder, and risk management.
- Experience in people management on projects or leading internal teams.
- Strong business acumen and sales skills.

- Project Management qualifications/experience
Your future role
- Oversee client advisory, process design, configuration, and testing of best solutions in Workday HCM.
- Advise and coach clients during adaptation of current processes to the functionality of the system.
- Problem-solving and providing advice on challenging topics or issues.
- Support for client leadership, managers, and employees in the implementation process as a Stream Lead / Functional Lead / Project Manager.
- Effectively lead project streams and/or project teams.
- Provide direction and guidance to functional consultants.
- Conduct training and coaching to client employees as part of the implementation program.
