Who we're looking for
We are looking for Business Analysts to join a growing community of professional Business Analysts supporting large transformational projects within the main institutions of European Union. The business analysis profession is rapidly developing and we offer great development path with courses leading to globally recognised certifications from International Institute for Business Analysis. If you are a Business Analyst or a Senior Business Analyst then don't hesitate and apply. Having a relevant Business Analysis certification will be a bonus. If you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of business or functional analysis,
- Knowledge of at least one of the following architecture concepts: Business process management, AI\ML, RPA, Big data, Data warehousing, Customer channels, CRM, Marketing automation,
- Knowledge of at least one business or application modelling notation,
- Ability to define and defend business concepts,
- Higher business or technical education,
- English advanced level, both written and spoken,
- Good communication skills.
Your future role
- Be a Business Analyst involved in addressing process and business transformation challenges in projects delivered to EU institutions,
- Be part of an international solution center working with teams from across EMEA region,
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business stakeholders,
- Lead clients through technology and business transformations,
- Help our clients achieving technological fit for their businesses,
- Take part in digital transformations taking place across major EU Institutions,
- Promote the concepts of modern Business Analysis,
- Participate in developing Deloitte’s Community of Practice.
