GPS Hub Manager
Who we're looking for
We are looking for an operations manager with experience in running delivery or shared service centres to take position of GPS Technology hub manager. GPS Tech Hub in Rzeszów is a specialist delivery centre focussed on providing EU Institutions with transformation, business and technology consulting services. This is a role for individuals who know how to run and scale operations, lead 100+ teams and ideally can demonstrate some consulting background. This is an exciting foray into service delivery space applying latest technology, best consulting practices serving large EU Institutions located across Europe.
- BA or MA with at least 7 years of professional experience
- Operational experience scaling service delivery operations / developing large delivery teams – a must
- Consulting / ICT or Transformational Programme management background – a must
- Experience of co-ordinating and leading and / or managing operations and administrative activities
- Tech savvy, data oriented with ease of adoption of modern tools and technology services

Your future role
- Co-ordination of the operations and functioning of CE GPS Hub ensuring achievement of agreed quality and service delivery levels as well as compliance with established polices and best practices
- Lead talent agenda for the Hub including recruitment, development and retention in accordance with the agreed plan
- Oversee the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, services, managing performance
- Preparation of plans, reports and proposals
- Oversight for service delivery and day-to-day operations of the Hub ensuring that all standards are met and procedures are followed
- Establishing of priorities and schedules of main activities
- Reviewing and monitoring Hub-related services to identify trends and problem areas, reporting on risks, KPIs and proposing correcting actions or alternative approaches
- Developing and implementing new and improve existing ways of working and procedures within Hub
- Recommending procedural changes to improve Hub’s efficiency and ensuring appropriate implementation of decisions made by senior management
- Preparing and monitoring of Hub’s budget
- Planning and monitoring staffing and recruitment and any other administrative functions related to the smooth functioning of the Hub
What we offer
As a Hub Manager you will provide an oversight for the Tech hub operation in Rzeszow on a day-to-day basis. Your primary role will be to ensure realisation of agreed plans in terms of capacity management and quality delivery of our services. Ideally, you will be located within a driving distance to Rzeszów office so that you will be able to be in the office when required and attend to teams’ needs. This is an opportunity for a manager who wants to develop their leadership skills and is up for challenge to set up and scale up consulting and delivery operations.
