Who we're looking for
- Passion and practical knowledge of business transformations and core insurance platforms.
- Experience in management of large projects with significant element of innovation, new product launch, new channel launch, product & services design.
- Experience in managing at least one large Business Integration effort and project team through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing.
- Relevant working experience in insurance or with a leading consulting firm.
- Solid understanding of the insurance value chain and its core processes, incl. sales & distribution, underwriting, policy administration, claims or collection & disbursement.
- Key Focus: proven experience in core platform transformation initiatives around program and project management, business case creation, business process analysis & design, requirement engineering, business blueprint creation, software implementation delivery life cycle (e.g. development, test management, change management, operations).
- Familiarity with modern technology concepts, SDLC, ITSM, DevOps, Cloud (SaaS, IaaS).
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and modern PM tools.
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and meaningfully, verbally and in writing, both in English and in Polish.

- Work with clients to shape their ideas into implementing core insurance platforms and services.
- Help our clients with the optimization and digitization of customer journeys and core processes, modernization of core platforms, and the improvement of their performance and business model.
- Provide our clients with a fresh perspective on how to design flexible, innovative business models and services combined with a strong operations foundation, and with that shape the insurance landscape of the future.
- Be responsible for building a community of practitioners and managing your own team.
- Build relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Look for business opportunities and drive their acquisition.
- Develop new product and service offering.
- Jump start innovations in delivering value for insurers leveraging cloud data platforms.
- Participate in practice strategy development and implementation.
- Lead sales activities, develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
- Take part in and oversee key Client engagements.
- Perform the role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the staffing process, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.
