For our Client, the rapidly developing SSC for the EMEA region based in Wrocław, we are looking for candidates to take on the Order to Cash (OTC) Manager role. This position will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable Team and Operations as well as supporting all OTC-related finance and accounting activities within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:
  • run the Order to Cash department made of 10 FTEs, including direct reports,
  • manage daily operational activities to ensure quality delivery of services and compliance to business and finance standards and policies for a number of Group's entities in EMEA countries,
  • motivate, coach and develop people, plan their career paths,
  • monitor, interprete and report team key performance indicators (KPIs),
  • lead process transitions from local business units to the SSC,
  • standardize existing OTC operations (e.g. cash allocation, debt collection, BSR reconciliation, SOX and US GAAP Compliance) and come up with ideas for optimization and improvement,
  • ensure continuous improvement of AR processes and procedures,
  • address more complex issues with the appropriate teams in the organization to aim for a permanent problem resolution,
  • support internal and external audit requirements in relation to AR processes,
  • collaborate with the teams and key internal/external stakeholders,
  • report directly to local Head of Finance (SSC, Wrocław),
  • cooperate with local PTP and RTR managers.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 5-6 years Finance/Accounting experience in an international company (SSC, OTC),
  • proficiency in English (min. B2/C1),
  • excellent knowledge of the OTC process,
  • experience as a leader/manager (we are open to team leaders eager to take on a manager role, proven they qualify for the job),
  • experience in partnering effectively throughout an organization to develop and drive regional initiatives,
  • demonstrated business acumen, problem-solving skills and attention to detail under pressure,
  • track record of process improvement initiatives,
  • knowledge of US GAAP (beneficial),
  • knowledge of MS Office applications and Accounting/ ERP systems (SAP experience beneficial),
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • good business knowledge, including knowledge of regulations and procedures,
  • ability to multi-task and work with a diverse international team and always provide excellent customer service,
  • demonstrated leadership skills: influential, confident in leading international meetings; drive for results, effective planning/prioritization, project & change management.
