Collection Representative with English and German

Opis stanowiska:
  • calling, emailing, and/or faxing customers requesting payment status on past due balances in a professional and courteous manner,
  • researching all credits, balance dues in their entirety, and providing clear documentation to the customer and branches requesting resolution,
  • follow set escalation process on problematic accounts,
  • provide timely and professional service to branches and customers, answering questions or researching/resolving invoicing issues,
  • build and coordinate partnerships internally with branches to strengthen customer relations and overall CHR profitability.
Wymagania:
  • degree in finance and accounting,
  • proficiency (C1) in German and Polish, (B2) in English,
  • analytical skills,
  • ability to use own judgment and make decisions,
  • good communication skills,
  • strong customer service skills,
  • knowledge of other European languages ​​is welcome.
