For our Client, an international company based in Wrocław, we are looking for candidates for the position of
Collection Representative with English and German
Opis stanowiska:
- calling, emailing, and/or faxing customers requesting payment status on past due balances in a professional and courteous manner,
- researching all credits, balance dues in their entirety, and providing clear documentation to the customer and branches requesting resolution,
- follow set escalation process on problematic accounts,
- provide timely and professional service to branches and customers, answering questions or researching/resolving invoicing issues,
- build and coordinate partnerships internally with branches to strengthen customer relations and overall CHR profitability.
Wymagania:
- degree in finance and accounting,
- proficiency (C1) in German and Polish, (B2) in English,
- analytical skills,
- ability to use own judgment and make decisions,
- good communication skills,
- strong customer service skills,
- knowledge of other European languages is welcome.
