For our Client, an international company based in Poznań, we are looking for candidates for the position of
Senior HR Administrator with Portuguese
Opis stanowiska:
- hybrid or remote work model,
- administrating your co-workers database,
- preparing HR related documents,
- providing personnel administration support to co-workers as the first line of contact,
- answering questions related to Personnel Administration and Payroll area via phone and email.
Wymagania:
- communicate clearly and confidently in English (min C1),
- communicate in Portuguese,
- Bachelor's degree or higher,
- proven experience from working in a similar HR role (personnel administration and payroll),
- MS Office and computer skills,
- good level of MS excel knowledge,
- knowledge in taxation of law and social insurance to maintain the data in the SAP/R3 or other HR System in preparation for the Payroll run,
- multi-tasking, ability to work under time pressure.
