Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

Working closely with business stakeholders you will be responsible for supporting robust and compelling communication strategies and initiatives in order to support the landing of change initiatives of Data Center Transformation program.

What do you need to start?

• 4-6 years employee communications experience, preferably working on large scale, complex, global change and transformation projects in IT, IT architecture, security and IT technology implementations 
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or comparable preferred
• Good project management skills and a proven ability to priorities and manage tasks in a demanding work environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills including writing and editing in English
• Ability to translate complex ideas into everyday language
• Knowledge of digital communication trends and tools, including digital media and video editing

What duties will help you grow?

• Designing, developing, and delivering high quality communications plans, tactics and communication materials for targeted audiences
• Supporting communication campaigns using appropriate channels, such as talking points, corporate announcements, information packs and presentations
• Providing technical expert advice and  support the team members to contribute the successful completion of projects
• Deliver high-quality work that translates complex ideas into compelling, polished, and straightforward language
• Managing risks and issues, implementing mitigating activities as appropriate, and escalating where required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as project teams and business representatives
