• Third Party Risk Management experience, ideally including implementation of large scale, complex programmes;
• Strong understanding of the different TPRM vendors and technologies, and key differences between these;
• Strong understanding of cost recovery and revenue assurance practices in relation to third parties;
• Proven ability to work with senior business leaders to build and deliver a business case for technology and operating model change across Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT and Compliance;
• Proven ability to lead, manage and work effectively in multi-functional working teams in multi-stream programme managing diversity and providing mentorship and support to ensure team’s continuous development.

We have a new and exciting opportunity for someone to join our Warsaw-based team as a Manager / Senior Manager, to help support the growth of our Third Party Risk Management capability.

You would become a senior member within our team, focused on growing the portfolio and capability of the team to deliver the TPRM projects and solutions to clients. In addition, the role will provide a great opportunity to build our pipeline and relationships with strategic partners and clients, including identification of opportunities and supporting existing clients with increasing the maturity of TPRM activities.

As an TPRM Manager / Senior Manager, you will have responsibility for:

• Building and sustaining client relationships whilst identifying, leading and supporting potential sales opportunities for TPRM projects;
• Leading and oversight of the delivery of multi-work stream and TPRM transformation programmes, including third party risk assessments, transformation of the third-party management operating model and implementation of third-party management solutions.
• Leading projects aimed to assess business relationships of our Customers to identify and quantity financial and operation risks within their relationship with third-parties,
• TPRM operating model expertise across the dimensions of people, process, and technology, including being able to fluently interact with Procurement, Legal, IT and Compliance;
• Bringing the TPRM expertise necessary to provide leadership, training and coaching of the team whilst broadening and enhancing our internal capabilities;
• Maintaining strong knowledge of leading TPRM technology solutions such as ServiceNow Coupa, Ariba and emerging technology.
