What do you need to start?

• Very good level of German and English (at least B2);
• Analytical skills;

What duties will help you grow?

• Administrating of Onboarding sessions for new employees;
• Looking for appropriate trainings according to individual training plans ;
• Reporting creation and analysis;
• End user support on training platform;
• Creating and sending satisfaction survey after training;
