For our Client, an international organization based in Wrocław, we are looking for candidates to take the position of 


Collections Team Leader

Collections Team Leader

Work place: Wrocław

Responsibilities:
  • taking part in the process of building European Collection Team,
  • design of the collection SLA based on the business needs,
  • prepare and keep up to date collection policies and procedures,
  • responsible for collection of past due customer invoices and weekly reporting of collection status and issues to senior management,
  • negotiate with customers to arrange payment plans or to provide additionally required documentation in order to facilitate payment of outstanding receivables. Evaluate accounts on an ongoing basis to determine subsequent actions up to and including referral of account to an outside collections agency,
  • work with other departments to resolve and collect payment for disputed charges,
  • daily operational responsibility for productivity and performance management of the Collection team,
  • responsibility for ensuring compliance with core regulatory requirements,
  • responsibility for coaching, training, developing and motivating team members to meet and exceed performance targets and expectations,
  • lead and assist in developing the collections strategy that enhance the customer contact experience through all available channels.
Requirements:
  • master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance,
  • excellent knowledge of English (min. C1),
  • experience in leading and managing team - will be a huge advantage,
  • excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills,
  • good knowledge of accounting and financial principles as well as legal regulations in area of debt recovery,
  • possess solid collections, account analysis, and negotiation skills,
  • proficiency in MS Office,
  • supporting ad-hoc projects as required.
