Currently we're looking for a

Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our PwC Finance Transformation Team.

PwC Opportunity 

• Be part of PwC Finance Transformation practice to pursue high-profile finance transformation engagements both within Poland & EMEA,

• Opportunity to engage and shape client strategies for the Finance of the Future roadmaps,

• Advise client management to address business challenges through finance process digitalization & transformation, 

• Participate in end-to-end finance operating model & governance setups (assess, design, develop, build & deploy), 

• Form the critical bridges between Business, Finance, & IT Functions.  

What we expect from you?

• Participate as Finance Transformation subject matter expert, working with global clients to shape and help develop cutting-edge and industry-leading solutions, 

• Participate in Finance Operating Model Transformation opportunities to assess As-Is & define, design, build and deploy Target Operating Models, 

• Participate in end-to-end Finance and Accounting Process transformation engagement (Procure-To-Pay, Order-To-Cash, Record-To-Report),

• Engage and lead client conversations, organize and run workshops, and present recommendations to key client stakeholders,

• Manage workstreams and a small group of experts in complex transformation engagements,

• Participate and shape PwC thought leadership around current and emerging trends in the Digital, Finance and Operating Model Transformation topics,

• Participate in Business Development and request for proposal pursuits.

Experience

• Min Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or Economics,

• 2+ years (Associates) and 4+ years (Senior Associates) of the overall industry and consulting experience and international exposure to the finance transformation engagements,

• Business acumen, a good understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals, and key performance indicators in the CFO organization,

• Prior experience in working in Shared Service Center or Global Business Service Operation environment is an advantage,

• Previous experience in consulting industry, particularly for topics around Digital Finance, Finance Operating models and Fintech tools (Blackline, Cevinio, Esker, Concur), is an advantage, 

• Experience with either one or more ERP applications (preferably SAP or Oracle),

• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are required,

•  Ability to work based on objectives and goals.
