Team/Role:

This role leads the production of Management Information (MI) reporting delivered by a Middle Office operational team, is responsible for the scheduling of operational flows, ensuring necessary controls are in place and adhered to in order to provide accurate and timely middle office/administration services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

The Lead Analyst will deliver on multiple complex client reporting engagements and work in collaboration with various external and internal stakeholders ensuring compliance with SLA and other internal guidelines of policies whilst ensuring effective team work at all times.

The Lead Analyst is responsible for reviewing data, recommending and developing reporting that will assist improved productivity and process improvements. The Lead Analyst will assist the Group Manager in ad-hoc reporting and involvement in special projects. The Lead Analyst will look after data maintenance and administration of databases, query logs, error logs, etc. He/She will assist with process improvement opportunities by identifying possible areas of automation. Lead Analyst will be responsible for internal project management, coordinating new business onboarding and working with internal stakeholders to agreed SLA. He/She will track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects. He/She will be required to develop positive relationships with managers and staff to enable the Project Managers Officers to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training.

The Lead Analyst will need to establish and maintain strong relationship with customers / business partners and other interface groups and ensure adherence to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norms.            

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Master’s degree required. Emphasis in Accounting, Economics and/or Finance preferred;
  • 5 years of relevant experience in providing MIS and project management;
  • Strong Proficiency in MS Office package, mainly Excel (including VBA) and Power Point;
  • Experience in managing SharePoint sites and Microsoft Tools such as Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a support perspective;
  • Time management skills to ensure internal/external expectations are met;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong team player, with a flexible approach to management and structure;
