Team overview

The team provides regulatory reporting and investor tax reporting services for our Europe based clients. Due to the frequently changing regulatory environment, we anticipate continued growth with these services over the coming years.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of function, the Group Manager will lead several teams responsible for Regulatory Reporting and Investor tax services. The teams consist of over 30+ employees at various levels including Lead Managers.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Representing Poland Fund Administration during oversight calls, due diligences and client visits.
  • Participating in the Irish Funds working group and providing updates on any regulatory changes or new requests.
  • Providing guidance to the teams during potential changes, complex queries or issues.
  • Monitoring the teams KPIs/KRIs and highlighting and resolving any amber/red ratings.
  • Providing feedback on performance and identifying key talent in the group.
  • Ensuring new regulatory products are onboarded and well embedded in the team with all the key controls in place for the provision of the new service.
  • He/she is expected to promote consistency across all product areas, support peers and cross-functional initiatives, share ideas/efficiencies and promote best practices.
  • Ensuring the teams are compliant with global and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Liaising with client, regulators and compliance teams 
  • The group manager is the key point of contact and representative for Poland Fund Administration which will involve providing regular updates on any escalation items, successes or changes to the Head of Function.
  • Being proactive in identifying risks and potential impact of global/local changes on the teams.
  • The Group Manager will play a key role in leading growth and change in the Poland Fund Administration function.
  • Contributing towards the global and departmental goals and initiatives.
  • Ensuring the teams are compliant to local labour laws and HR policies.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive industry experience with particular focus on managerial experience.
  • Experience in other operational areas would be beneficial.
  • Experience in managing and leading onboard projects and migrations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Proactive and organised able to see the bigger picture.
  • Knowledge of accounting and reporting platforms.
