OTC Junior Specialist with English

As a Junior OTC Specialist you will be involved in the entire accounts receivable management process including credit management, data entry as well as invoicing, cash application, collection.

On a day-to-day basis, you will work with stakeholders across Europe and with the OTC Accountant Team in our new Innovation Center.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will monitor and prepare credit risk assessment for our customers,
  • You will be responsible for proper cash allocations,
  • You will perform customer maser data process,
  • You will be involved in invoicing activities,
  • You will be dealing with standard queries and resolving them in a professional, prompt manner,
  • You will be conducting administration tasks,
  • You will be involved in process improvements activities. 

KEY AND DESIRED SKILLS: :

  • Communicative, assertive, and team-oriented personality
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working in SSC/BPO or Customer Service will be an advantage
