As a Junior OTC Specialist you will be involved in the entire accounts receivable management process including credit management, data entry as well as invoicing, cash application, collection.
On a day-to-day basis, you will work with stakeholders across Europe and with the OTC Accountant Team in our new Innovation Center.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will monitor and prepare credit risk assessment for our customers,
- You will be responsible for proper cash allocations,
- You will perform customer maser data process,
- You will be involved in invoicing activities,
- You will be dealing with standard queries and resolving them in a professional, prompt manner,
- You will be conducting administration tasks,
- You will be involved in process improvements activities.
KEY AND DESIRED SKILLS: :
- Communicative, assertive, and team-oriented personality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working in SSC/BPO or Customer Service will be an advantage
