The Resource Management function plays a key role in the optimal planning and allocation of our employees to projects and products development in order to ensure clients and staff satisfaction, increase teams utilization and productivity. It collects and analyzes the demand for project roles, competences, seniority and addresses it proactively taking care of the flow of information between all interested parties.

Resource Management Leader

 

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and well-organized person to lead Resource Management function, which includes:

  • driving/developing the Resource Management team and assuring quality of its work,

  • working directly with Data Analytics management team (project and product managers, team leaders, capability/practice leaders and senior management) on employees’ allocation to projects,

  • optimizing assignment of resources having in mind required scope of work, availability and personal development preferences,

  • responding to demand raised by other stakeholders (the team management in particular) by structuring their requirements and turning them into action plans,

  • creating processes supporting the Resource Management function and improving them to make them as efficient as possible in constantly changing conditions,

  • driving development of tools supporting the Resource Management processes - looking for innovations in close cooperation with the team management and other stakeholders,

  • Implementing changes in the area of processes and tools so that they are followed and used in practice by all Data Analytics team members,

  • working closely with other functions in our organization (Recruitment, Administration, Finance etc.) to support a long term staff management.

 

You are a perfect candidate, if you:

  • have 5+ years of experience in Resource Management or similar area with 3+ years holding managerial position,

  • have experience in optimizing processes in organization, proposing adjustments and building consensus around them,

  • have good knowledge of software tools supporting the process execution (e.g. Jira),

  • have excellent knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite enabling you to manage seamlessly complex spreadsheets, build sophisticated formulas, create questionnaires etc.,

  • have 3+ years of experience in work with management (project managers, directors) acting as a peer / partner in negotiations,

  • have a good understanding of IT technologies used on the market, overview of current trends and areas of IT competence enabling you to properly allocate people to technical tasks,

  • can prioritize tasks, organize your work as well as work of your subordinates and perform under pressure,

  • are good at communicating, teamwork,developing and nurturing relations,

  • are good at orchestrating, facilitating, and keeping meetings on course to make the appropriate use of everyone’s time,

  • are open-minded, proactive and inquisitive,

  • have experience working with IT people,

  • can work independently, but know when to ask for help or escalate,

  • do your best to provide high quality, but are not afraid to admit a mistake,

  • know English very well (at least B2+, both spoken and written).
