Who we are looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Deloitte in Poland!
We are looking for a Manager with consulting background to drive major engagements within our Business Agility practice at Deloitte.
- 7+ years of experience in leading agile engagements and transformation project teams
- Strong experience in consulting or professional services background. Big4, MBB, Accenture experience preferred
- Proven track record in full lifecycle delivery of agile transformations
- Practitioner level experience in agile / scrum / scaled agile with relevant certifications
- Master’s Degree in appropriate field of study
- Familiarity with modern technology concepts such as SDLC, ITSM, DevOps
- Business development experience in professional services domain including proposal development
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and modern agile toolset
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of English and Polish – advanced level both written and spoken
- Polish residency is required
