Agile IT Project Manager with German

 

Responsibilities:

 You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Salesforce implementation, share best practices, and act as a key point of contact for both technical and business stakeholders;

  • Manage projects and report to Key Stakeholders;

  • Actively manage stakeholder expectations, align resources and potential conflicting priorities;

  • Train and lead a diverse, and often remote, team with different specializations;

  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients;

  • Liaison with clients on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship, and keep projects to a set time frame;

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen;

  • Manage and respond quickly to change in a fast-paced environment;

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients; 

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand;

 

Role: 

  • Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;

  • Create a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;

  • Manage the production of the required deliverables;

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation;

  • Coordinate internal resources;

  • Perform risk and change management;

  • Establish and maintain relationships with Product Owners and third parties or vendors;

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation 

 

Profile: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager

  • Fluent German is a must

  • Strong background in delivering implementations of Salesforce would be highly beneficial;

  • Proven track record in delivering projects in an international environment;

  • Ability to see tasks through to the end and meet tight deadlines, taking responsibility for their completion and maintaining quality throughout;

  • Confident with working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to work through all phases of the technology life cycle, such as requirements definition, architecture design, conversion and testing;

  • Practical knowledge of Scrum framework;

  • Strong practical knowledge of common project management methods and standards (PMI PMBOK®, AGILE PM);

  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in geographically dispersed environments;

  • Very good  English 

  • Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships at all levels;

  • Excellent time management and personal organizational skills;

  • Ambitious and driven by success;
