Job Overview

The analyst is responsible for consolidation, planning and reporting of the full NWE P&L for all Food and Beverages, Categories. Planning, forecasting, reporting and tracking performance for all P&L lines, working in close cooperation with stakeholders within the BU, ESSA and and externally with Joint Ventures (Control, Supply Chain, Operations, FOBO, Sales Finance, JV). Ensuring all forecasting and reporting deliverables are executed effectively/efficiently and in line with sector standards, including corporate HFM submissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the compilation of the Monthly rolling forecasts, and provide analytical support to BU to continuously improve accuracy of future forecasts
  • Manage P&L planning, forecasting and reporting
  • Partner with the FP&A Team and BU CFO throughout the year to provide insightful financial performance management and course-correction to the BU leadership, by ensuring clear and timely communication of potential gaps to target
  • Support the FP&A Team in the design, improvement and coordination of financial planning processes, (e.g.Outlooks, Forecasts, AOP)
  • Lead the finance business partnership 
  • Support financial planning and reporting of BU Non-MFG Productivity targets
  • Develop analysis to support decision making processes
  • Demonstrate professional attitude in the cross-functional communication

Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics or Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in Finance
  • Highly analytical skills needed
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong ability to work in Excel
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Good problem solving, analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks
  • Eagerness to learn financial know-how and develop capabilities
  • Ease at working with stakeholders at different levels within the organization
