HR Business Partner
Who we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist’s/HR Business Partner’s role in TECH international company or SSC/BPO organization;
- Experience in areas such as onboarding, talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations etc.;
- Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organization;
- Strong knowledge of Polish labour law;
- Ability to proactively offer solutions to business needs;
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, dealing with ambiguity and rapid change;
- Excellent analytical & English and Polish language skills;
- Very good knowledge on MS Office.
Your future role
- Leading end-to-end HR processes for our employees and subcontractors like: onboarding, performance evaluation and career development, training sessions, offboarding;
- Delivering direction and guidance in order to support each employee and business stakeholders;
- Close cooperation with business leaders to understand their strategic/business plans to help deliver outcomes;
- Continuous improvement of processes and procedures within HR function;
- Involvement in HR internal projects design, implementation and communication;
- Improving employee’s experience in Deloitte;
- Supporting Employer Branding activities and Learning&Development area.

About the team
Due to constant development of our BSC we are currently expanding our HR team and looking for HR Business Partner to join us. Within this position you will play a key role in building and development of all HR processes from the scratch for the teamswithin new technological function in Deloitte.
