What do you need to start?

• Previous experience in O2C/Credit Management area
• Fluent command of English (B2/C1)
• Common use of Microsoft Office Software Applications in particular Excel
• Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
• Ability to work under pressure with deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
• Good analytical skills and attention to details

What duties will help you grow?

• Managing the credit limits of a portfolio of customers
• Handling client specific queries or issues within the client scope and ensuring strict compliance to the Credit Policy 
• Assessing credit risk and setting initial credit limits for new customers 
• Identifying and reviewing potential problematic customers for bad debt provision purposes 
• Performing detailed financial analysis and assessing at daily intervals credit held orders reports
