Senior Plant Controller
Senior Plant Controller

Responsibilities:
- ensure accurate and timely production of monthly report package, including review with factory management,
- question and investigate material variances and expenses with factory management/supply chain teams,
- co-pilot and business partner on finance for the Plant Director, CEE CFO, and Factory Management Team,
- oversee quarterly forecasts and annual budget in collaboration with factory management and production planning,
- financial evaluation for new factory investment projects (CAPEX),
- develop and implement key cost improvement initiatives and programs (CCI),
- build mutual support and strong internal relationships with other key executives,
- maintain and review SAP master data,
- provide oversight and turnaround guidance for new product development, portfolio changes, repatriation programs in conjunction with NPD, planning and operations and provide insight to sales teams to improve profitability,
- be a business partner in finance, taking responsibility for accounting issues related to the plant. Ensuring internal controls are in line with SOX.
Requirements:
- master's degree in finance and accounting, economics or business,
- knowledge of financial/ERP system - knowledge of SAP will be an asset,
- demonstrate knowledge of ABC (activity based costings),
- ability to collaborate and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization,
- ability to work under tight deadlines,
- fluency in English,
- advanced analytical skills,
- excellent written and oral communication skills,
- advanced Excel working skills.
