              Who we're looking for
- Prior experience in the areas of sustainable procurement, socially responsible supply chains, ethical sourcing and/or supply chain sustainability;
 - Prior use of Supplier Risk Management system;
 - Detailed oriented with analytical and report presentation skills;
 - Highly adaptable, self-directed, motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment;
 - Knowledge of supply chain policies and procedures, management strategies and concepts;
 - Knowledge of audit procedures;
 - Knowledge of relevant Sustainability topics (i.e. OECD, UN SDGs, UN Global Compact, Human Rights, etc.);
 - Skill in researching and analyzing information related to vendors, contractors, applicable Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability topics and utilizing that information to draw valid conclusions;
 - Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects and programs; Ability to organize and prioritize work to complete projects per deadlines;
 - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
 - Strong interpersonal and influential skills that facilitate collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders and all levels of management, both domestic and international;

Your future role
- Participation in projects regarding the implementation of the ESG topic in the supply chain in business:
	
- creating a code of conduct for suppliers,
 - contractual clauses,
 - sustainable purchasing policies,
 - building a due diligence system for ESG issues in the supply chain,
 - creating a supplier risk map in ESG topics,
 - recommending methods of supplier verification, etc. .);
 
 - Participation in webinars, occasional writing substantive articles for the Deloitte website;
 - Understanding the context of a sustainable supply chain in EU and national regulations.
