Job Description & Summary
As a Technology Consultant in the RPA Team, you’ll work as part of a cross-functional Technology team with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our Clients and project teams solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Technology Consultant in Financial Crime Unit (RPA)
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Preparation of business analysis of a process and feasibility assessment of the automation

Supporting Team in development of RPA solutions - identification of automation opportunities, agreeing on the approach to automation, creating business requirements

Being able to assess the infrastructure needs for the automation

Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges - propose potential infrastructure, tools and high level solutions

Applying analytical skills to determine business value, document accurate business requirements and present these requirements in a manner that is concise, measurable and flexible enough to meet project and stakeholder needs;

Support team in preparation of proposals for different potential clients and projects, preparation of pricing, preparation of strategy for project deployment

Preparation of client presentations and marketing materials

Overseeing the documentation of business requirements and test cases, so that requirements and test cases are unambiguous, aligned, consistent and not in contradiction with each other;

Providing assistance to the manager in developing solution approach to deliver business value;

Work with Manager and developers teams on identifying and addressing their needs for technology solutions and support

Work with Client and PwC technology teams such as developers, security teams or infrastructure and system administrators and other in order to design, understand feasibility and support the delivery of the solutions including management of dependencies on the Clients and third parties

Identify opportunities and propose approach to automations and improvements of business processes leveraging technology

Cooperating with external vendors to enable the team to deliver the expected products
Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a technical team

Knowledge of methodical approaches to managing Client projects, technology and business process solution design

Good communications skills and ability to coordinate cooperation between different individuals

Good general understanding of technologies used in implementations of different technology solutions
-
English – fluent both written and spoken

Ability to successfully operate in a multitasking environment

Strong presentation and communication skills
-
Familiarity with frameworks such as Scrum-Agile would be an asset.

Proactive and driving attitude combined with team orientation and readiness to learn and consult with experts and stakeholders

Ability to quickly learn and self-reflect for a steep learning curve

University degree in IT/Economics/Finance etc.
