What do you need to start?

• Higher education degree (in Banking, Finance or IT)
• First professional experience in Banking area, 1-2 years of experience as a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluency in MS Office package
• Good written and verbal communication
• Fluency in English

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

• General knowledge of banking business as a plus
• Internships accomplished during the studies (preferably in banks, financial intermediaries, insurance companies) as a plus

What duties will help you grow?

• Preparation of market studies and analyses
• Analyses of data provided by the Client, evaluation of results
• Undertaking various project tasks and coming to logical conclusions and propose solutions
• Creating PowerPoint presentations for Client and internal meetings,
• Co-working with a group of passionate, inteligent and higly motivated team members and constantly improving own skills and knowledge
