The Financial Crime Unit (FCU) provides consultancy services and operational support for global financial institutions in the banking sector within the area of Anti-Money Laundering.
The scope of our projects is based on Know Your Customer and Transaction Monitoring procedures that help PwC’s customers, from all over the world, in preventing money laundering. In essence, the Financial Crime Unit counteracts the development of organised crime, fraud and terrorism.
Our international and diverse team is one of the largest ones of its kind in the world, including nationalities from distant parts of the globe like Indonesia, Chile, Nigeria, Egypt, Zimbabwe and Singapore. Although English is our official language in both everyday communication and project work, our colleagues speak 39 languages in total.

Career Counseling Specialist
The ultimate goal of a Career Counseling Specialist is to help team members land assignments they find meaningful and satisfying. This person will deeply focus on supporting team members in their professional journey. Will act as a helpline in career related matters. To accomplish this, CCS will work closely with team members, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, interests and researching internal career possibilities and job openings.
The Role:

Support team members with the development of his/her career path

Close cooperation with Leadership, Human Capital, Recruiting and Engagement Team

Gathering information about internal career opportunities

Leading initiatives jointly with Human Capital around career progression and development

Collaborating with Learning and Development team to create and implement employee development initiatives

Identify and overcome obstacles impeding employees development opportunities

Support Human Capital in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
Candidate's profile:
-
Passion for helping others obtain meaningful careers and providing outstanding support

Skills in counseling techniques, assessment, motivation, decision making, goal setting and identifying and resolving barriers to employees training needs

2-5 years experience in one of areas: people leadership, career coach, HR, Learning and Development or other related roles

Efficiency in building personal relationships

Coach certification as an additional asset
