Job Description & Summary

The Financial Crime Unit (FCU) provides consultancy services and operational support for global financial institutions in the banking sector within the area of Anti-Money Laundering.
The scope of our projects is based on Know Your Customer and Transaction Monitoring procedures that help PwC’s customers, from all over the world, in preventing money laundering. In essence, the Financial Crime Unit counteracts the development of organised crime, fraud and terrorism.
Our international and diverse team is one of the largest ones of its kind in the world, including nationalities from distant parts of the globe like Indonesia, Chile, Nigeria, Egypt, Zimbabwe and Singapore. Although English is our official language in both everyday communication and project work, our colleagues speak 39 languages in total.

We drive, develop, and communicate plans that enables our people to execute and embrace lasting transformation by empowering them to change their behaviour focusing on critical things that drive successful results.

Employee Engagement Specialist 

 

Employee engagement is really important for us. This role is designated to have a real impact on the FCU workplace. With all of the stakeholders' collaboration and implemented actions it will increase productivity, boost innovation and increase retention. Employee Engagement Specialist will be responsible for initiatives related to employee appreciation, team engagement, wellbeing and what is most important, spreading internal and external awareness of any events in FCU.

 

The Role:

  • Lead and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and culture

  • Develop and communicate positive employee relation strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence

  • Establish and maintain measurement standards to provide meaningful information that will guide continual improvement and further increase employee engagement, satisfaction and retention

  • Research and work with vendors and other departments to build employee engagement initiatives

  • Supports design and administration components for employee engagement surveys

  • Analyze information and identify areas for the improvement

  • Lead rewards and recognition programs and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment

  • Close cooperation with Leadership, Human Capital, Recruiting, Engagement Team and  Learning and Development Team

  • Overview of the wellbeing program and close cooperation with People Agenda in order to straighten wellbeing in the FCU

  • On projects support leadership with the engagement level and take an ownership of the actions implementation

Candidate's profile:

  • A person who is proactive, outgoing and has can-do attitude

  • Passion for getting people together and creating an engaged teams

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multi stakeholder environment

  • Interest in current communication and employer branding trends on the international market

  • At least 2 years experience in internal communication, learning and development

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
