What do you need to start?

• HR consulting manager with 6-8 years’ experience in transformation & implementation projects
• A team player with strong functional HCM knowledge and proven experience in leading HR platform implementation and development
• Enthusiastic about HR transformation, future of work projects with solid awareness of roadmaps in major HR technologies
• Experience in building, developing and leading team of consultants
• Innovative and open minded in your thinking with a passion for change
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
• Experience in Workday HCM would be a strong advantage

What duties will help you grow?

Join leading global digital transformation consulting: Capgemini Invent Warsaw Office and lead Warsaw team of HR transformation consultants. You will become a vital part of the International Capgemini Invent Future of HR Team, working on the international and Poland-based projects

• Develop and lead the team of HR Transformation consultants
• Plan development and certification paths for the team
• Plan and deliver projects and resolve high priority issues
• Cooperate with international network of Future of HR to deliver HR transformation projects
• Support and liaise closely with your corresponding client teams to resolve issues, provide solutions, and offer support
• Participate in the business development activities and development and marketing of the team
