Trading Partner Finance (TPF) is a high performing Global team, enabling the supply chain to get products to patients and consumers on-time through strong partnership with the business and strategic BPOs.

The activities of the Trading Partner entities principally cover the procurement, supply, import and export of bulk drug substance and finished materials product for intercompany and 3rd party cross border transactions in GSK. 95% of GSK’s trade passes through our teams and we are responsible for operating in compliance with global trade, legal & fiscal requirements.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure there is no or minimal delays to the Supply Chain as a result of Trading Partner Finance (TPF) invoice or data activities.
  • Ensure that any corrections required are completed timely
  • Leading and driving performance of the Invoice & Data Service delivery team
  • Collaborate with C&C to ensure proper E2E posting of transactions.
  • Customer Relationship Management for escalations relating to Invoice and Data Service
  • Work with Service Delivery Lead to set KPI’s
  • Liaise with GPO on process changes and to define process exceptions
  • Proactively manage closure of open issues and escalations ensuring preventative measures are in place to prevent reoccurrence
  • Monitor workload volumes, and exceptions to ensure level of resource to manage is adequate

Basic qualifications:

  • Knowledge of supply chain finance processes ( Trade Routes, Invoicing, Credit Notes and Transfer Pricing)
  • At minimum 4-5 years of experience in similar positions
  • University degree in Finance/Logistics
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, interpret complex information and provide informed analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Proven people management skills
