Your responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various clients and industries

  • Running data identification, extraction, and transformation (ETL)

  • Connecting Process Mining tools to client’s IT systems

  • Designing and developing process monitoring dashboards

  • Analyzing and interpreting the finding. Drawing conclusions and recommendations

  • Advising on Process Mining capability development and technology strategy

Our requirements

  • Graduate in Computer Science and/or Engineering and/or Business

  • Hands-on experience with one or more Process Mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, QPR etc.)

  • Knowledge of at least 1 functional area and processes (Finance, Procurement, Accounting, Logistics, IT Management etc.)

  • Basic data manipulation skills (SQL). Experience with data analysis and visualization

  • Familiarity with at least one enterprise suite (SAP, Oracle etc.) is a big plus. Experience in process analysis and improvement; LSS certification is a plus

  • English is a must, proficiency in other European languages is highly desired

Working conditions

  • Employment contract (Umowa o pracę)
  • Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw or Lodz.
  • Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
