Job Description & Summary

The Financial Crime Unit (FCU) provides consultancy services and operational support for global financial institutions in the banking sector within the area of Anti-Money Laundering.
The scope of our projects is based on Know Your Customer and Transaction Monitoring procedures that help PwC’s customers, from all over the world, in preventing money laundering. In essence, the Financial Crime Unit counteracts the development of organised crime, fraud and terrorism.
Our international and diverse team is one of the largest ones of its kind in the world, including nationalities from distant parts of the globe like Indonesia, Chile, Nigeria, Egypt, Zimbabwe and Singapore. Although English is our official language in both everyday communication and project work, our colleagues speak 39 languages in total.

People Analytics Specialist in Financial Crime Unit

 

As a People Analytics Specialist you will be a part of the team responsible for coordinating the proper resources management process of FCU employees and will maintain the company skills matrix. Core role of your team will include preparation and analyzing resource data for the staffing area in order to identify issues and trends, maintain a supervision on the current and future employee shortages and surpluses in their area. You will closely cooperate with the leadership, HC, recruitment and engagement teams in order to implement actions based on the prepared and analyzed reports.  

The Role:

  • Responsible for assigning the right resource to the right project at the right time, while balancing and optimizing employee growth, client results, and business metrics

  • Co-create and maintain FCU staffing skills matrix in order to identify employees competencies in the areas and most effective way conduct project assignments

  • Monitor over-and-underutilized staff and determine appropriate resources or solutions to balance workload

  • Ability to understand key skills and experience of the employees and to utilize their potential

  • Close cooperation with Recruitment and HC Team in order to coordinate new hire schedules, training schedules, and other HR related activity including performance evaluations

  • Continuously identify and implement efficiency, automation and simplification of solutions

  • Take a responsibility for the employee related statistics, preparing report and providing analytics for the stakeholder

Candidate's profile:

  • At Least 2-3 years previous experience in a analytical position 

  • Excellence technical skills related to reports preparation and presentation 

  • Ability to effectively work with different stakeholders 

  • Analytical thinking and being results-oriented

  • Strong planning, time management and organizational skills

  • A person who enjoys working in a multicultural and international environment

  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills through all levels of the organization with ambiguity and fast pace

  • The candidate must be fluent in English and additional language skills will be viewed as a further asset for this role
