For our Client, an international Shared Service Centre in Wrocław, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of  


AP Team Leader

AP Team Leader

Responsibilities:
  • team management (regular meetings, frequent feedbacks, coaching and mentoring, recognitions, development plan, performance discussions and appraisals, career planning),
  • develop measure to effectively manage knowledge within the team,
  • perform daily tasks and interact with people at all levels within and outside the organization; must determine which items require referral to supervisor or others,
  • identify risks, addressing and managing escalations,
  • ensure that team’s KPIs are monitored, actions are taken, evaluated accordingly and delegated,
  • act as the single point of contact to the suppliers for all accounts payable related requirements,
  • identify and solve recurrent operational issues.
Requirements:
  • min. 4 years of previous experience within STP/AP process,
  • experience in leading a team as an STP/ AP Team Leader/Supervisor,
  • degree in Accounting/Finance/Economy is a strong asset,
  • excellent knowledge of accounts payable practices and procedures,
  • strong competence in people management,
  • ability to build a strong business relationship,
  • experience in Shared Services for a global company,
  • excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills,
  • fluency in English,
  • knowledge of any other language would be an advantage.
