AP Team Leader
AP Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- team management (regular meetings, frequent feedbacks, coaching and mentoring, recognitions, development plan, performance discussions and appraisals, career planning),
- develop measure to effectively manage knowledge within the team,
- perform daily tasks and interact with people at all levels within and outside the organization; must determine which items require referral to supervisor or others,
- identify risks, addressing and managing escalations,
- ensure that team’s KPIs are monitored, actions are taken, evaluated accordingly and delegated,
- act as the single point of contact to the suppliers for all accounts payable related requirements,
- identify and solve recurrent operational issues.
Requirements:
- min. 4 years of previous experience within STP/AP process,
- experience in leading a team as an STP/ AP Team Leader/Supervisor,
- degree in Accounting/Finance/Economy is a strong asset,
- excellent knowledge of accounts payable practices and procedures,
- strong competence in people management,
- ability to build a strong business relationship,
- experience in Shared Services for a global company,
- excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills,
- fluency in English,
- knowledge of any other language would be an advantage.
