The role will be a part of the Close and Control (C&C) Global Process Owner (GPO) area with a primary focus on the implementation of C&C’s projects and process standardization & harmonization. Jointly with the rest of CI’s global team, the person will be responsible for leading global & supporting local projects as well as setting up and leading process improvement communities. The role will cooperate closely with the Finance HUB’s C&C team, the C&C GPO, and other support functions.

Role description:

  • Analyze & improve processes in the scope of C&C
  • Lead C&C projects and take global responsibility for it.
  • Make local footprint of GPO organization and support HUB’s related deliverables of global projects
  • Classify improvement opportunities and translate those with global impact into roadmap items
  • Setup & lead process related communities (e.g. Control champions, process champions)
  • Drive standardization and utilization of available tools and platforms
  • Promote CI culture within the organization

Basic requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Finance/Finance Analysis or other similar
  • Experience in R2R processes
  • Experience in project management (at least 3 years)
  • Fluent English (minimum C1)
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially MS Excel)
  • Knowledge of SAP and supporting components

Preferred additional requirements:

  • Project framework certification would be an asset (PMI, Prince, Agile)
  • Experience in a SOX environment
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC & FC
