Team/ role overview:

We are Global Delivery Network - our team manage growth, organisational change, and transition projects for the entire Bank. We serve as advisors to our internal clients and work side by side to achieve strategic goals. Our purpose is to mitigate risks and to assure adherence to relevant policies.

As a Project Manager, you will be working with Business Managers and Shared Service Partners from various countries. You will have a chance to use your interpersonal skills and empathy to identify the scope and requirements. An important part of your role will be to effectively plan and execute assigned projects according to our robust framework.

We are looking for positive individuals who are eager to learn and enjoy working with international stakeholders. We are offering multiple positions in our structure due to the growth of the team in Poland.

Successful candidates that will join our team in the Wroclaw office can expect:

  • Managing end-to-end projects – from medium to complex in size.

  • Creating reports showing the status of your projects (i.e. RAG).
  • Assuring that data is accurate and provided on time.
  • Ensuring that issues and risks are identified and timely escalated.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a project environment supporting transitions, transformation, change efforts or being in a consulting role - ideally in financial industry
  • Previous track record in working with international stakeholders and abilities to:
    • Organize and lead project meetings for a larger audience
    • Influence more senior colleagues and stakeholders
    • Prepare clear meeting minutes and project documents
    • Build long-lasting and meaningful relationships
    • Understand risk/issues and assist project stakeholders in driving resolutions
    • See the bigger picture and have change awareness
  • Attention to details
  • Experience in working with Excel
  • Nice to have: knowledge of project management software (MS Project, JIRA)
  • Nice to have: project management certification (P2, PMP, etc.)
