
For our Client, an international company from the service industry, I am seeking candidates for the position of Office & HR Administration Specialist. This is a complex role that combines responsibility for office administration with support for the HR department.

Responsibilities:
- taking care of the office (handling mailbox and correspondence, etc.), providing office supplies and promotional items,
- managing documentation and invoices, and forwarding them to the appropriate departments,
- assisting in organizing special events for employees and clients,
- providing information on benefit programs,
- managing personnel administration in HR systems,
- coordinating training for employees, conducting training of newly hired employees,
- handling compliance with company health and safety regulations (training, documentation, reporting),
- conducting monthly reporting to the ERO (Energy Regulatory Authority) and Intrastat.
Requirements:
- first experience in a position of a similar nature in an international company,
- higher or secondary education, preferably in the field of economics,
- knowledge of current labor laws will be appreciated,
- communicative knowledge of English (reporting line to one of the neighboring countries),
- ability to operate MS Office package,
- driver's license.
