To work with Global Products & Technology and Tech Finance to support business leads on all matters relating to contract and cost data. Drive various spend analytics initiatives to assist management decisions and to help identify efficiencies to the business.

Identify opportunities to improve internal performance by optimizing processes, facilitating change and exploiting information technology to meet Global Products & Technology objectives. Provide business analysis expertise in development of strategies.  Perform business analysis activities to define needs, develop the benefits case for change or process improvement projects.

In this role you will…

• Help Global Products & Technology meet the need for clear, accurate and timely financial and business information on contracts within End User Services area
• Prepare and publish reports to stakeholders to show costing progress – plan budget, prepare forecasts and track financials and manage operational budgets. Provide explanations to differences from expectation / trend
• Pull the data from repositories; Support business information systems, create dashboards
• Ensure that commercial transactions are managed effectively and in a timely manner - this includes ensuring payments, purchase orders, cross charging, etc. are all executed correctly and in a timely manner, any issues are addressed
• Develop models and methodologies for future cost modeling and business decisions support; support business in planning and forecasting periodic activities
• Provide financial analysis expertise and insight into the development of strategies
• Ensure that key vendors utilized within Global Products & Technology are managed appropriately – participate in a regular structured commercial performance reviews, monitor alignment with agreed contracts and raise any related risks, issues ensuring proper escalations
• Look for efficiency on day to day reporting by automating as much as possible

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master degree in Finance and/or Computer Science
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role
• Fluent English (minimum C1) Proficient in MS Excel/PPT. Should be equipped with advanced excel functionalities
• Able to produce clear and concise management reports
• Attention to detail; ability to review various information analytically; logical approach that develops in-process checks to identify quickly whether data aligns with expectations
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with financial and accounting principles as they relate to treatment of expenditures and impact on budget
